Hello Guys!
Welcome back to reading another travel Thursday story! In just two weeks, I will be back to sharing the India trip post series. For today, I'm throwing it way back to year 2015 summer. I feel a need to post this vacation post up because, honestly it was one of the best vacation ever. I always love my trips up north. We don't do much tourist stuff which I honestly enjoy a lot. Traveling and exploring is good but, its great to have at least one vacation per year where you go just to relax, eat good food and be spontaneous with the things you do.
Our first day we spent it at sand dunes it was a thrill. Check it out if you haven't already!Silver lake sand dunes travel Grand Haven is an absolutely beautiful city in up north Michigan. It's a super small city but, has a lot to offer especially if you go during the yearly fest time. We started off with some breakfast and coffee, later we swam in the indoor pool for a bit and took a little lemonade break. We were waiting for the waitress to come and give us our bill but no came so we went and asked them what our bill. They said the bill is on the house. How cool? Free drinks all day. It was lunch time so we decided to go explore a bit and eat lunch. We went to Cubers and had chicken tender, fried shrimp and fries for lunch. We spontaneous planned to go to the Yacht club after lunch. We spent nice we hours in the sea. Once, we got done we headed back home I got a Oreo cookie and cream shake.We went back to our hotel and they was live orchestra followed with fireworks. Got dressed up and went to eat at fancy restaurant and they food there was amazing I would just go back there to eat. I ordered a club sandwich and chocolate moose cheesecake for desert. Late at night we chilled by the pool and went to bed late. Second day, in grand haven will be up on the blog next Thursday.
