Fall treats, activities & Essentials | October Favorites

        It’s sad to see October coming to an end. The leaves are almost all gone and the temperature is dropping every single day. I know I probably say this every month but, I do feel the second half of this year is going by very fast. Somehow I did manage to try new stuff, wear cozy fall sweaters, treat myself with seasonal foods and enjoy this crispy weather. A month and a half after school starts, my schedule starts changing. I mostly spent fall in door. I like to get cozy with some warm tea and read my favorite books over and over again or watch new TV shows. I think autumn is the best time to bring back some old hobbies, which we leave behind after summer break. Down below are few of the collective things I did this fall. 

           The new routine starts from my morning breakfast. I love to go to Starbucks on the weekend and enjoy their seasonal drinks. I like to order pumpkin spice latte with pumpkin cream muffin. You can ask them to heat up your muffin so its taste warm and fluffy. And the pumpkin spice latte is a fall must have, it taste amazing! It feels so cozy to enjoy sweet treats in chilly fall mornings. It’s one of the best ways to start off with your day. Next up makeup, my makeup routine changes a lot during fall. I love using darker shades of lips and I like using more sparkle on my eyes. I’m currently using a Rimmel Match perfection foundation. It’s perfect for fall it’s very easy to apply it’s a light weigh foundation perfect for everyday and easy to blend it. I like using baby lips by Maybelline almost all around the year my favorite one this month is Peach Kiss. It's important to keep your lips hydrated, especially this time of year when the weather is cold and dry. I love using the night Eye shadow palette. I use the creamy colors with my dual foundation and bush brush is from H&M. The eye shadow are perfect for fall, the palette includes light colors for your lid and darker colors for your crease. Amber Blush sheer perfume mist from bath and body works is my favorite fragrance for fall; it smells muskier and makes me feel cozy! I like using thick moisturizes for fall Night magic by Avon is one of my favorite one this month it smells incredible.           I love going for hikes or walks in the park. I like collecting leaves and taking pictures of the beautiful trees. Nature walks in fall help me destress from busy school schedule and it gives me a greater perspective towards life and to enjoy the little simple things around me. Sometimes we get so lost in the online world that we actually don’t appreciate the beauty around us. I’m so thankful to spent some quality time talking with my dad and being outdoors which we both enjoy a lot. I like to wear my boots and sweaters to keep me cozy while enjoying the nature. I wore this purple sweater from charlotte russe, black jeggings from Aeropostale, gold bracelet from Alex and Ani, and black leather boots from forever 21.

        For a comfy and filling lunch I love making this delicious sandwich with rye bread, on the vine tomato slices with basil, mozzarella cheese, olive oil and salt and pepper toasted sandwich. It’s a very healthy and fresh lunch on a chilly fall day. Couple more amazing autumn blog post will be up soon! Do let me know what you guys like about fall.

Fall & Halloween Nails | Beauty

Hello guys!

          ​I hope you all had a good weekend. The post is going to be a short one! I have midterm this week and I’m extremely stressed out. I still want continue with my fall series, so here is yet another post today. Recently, I did sparkly fall nails and so many of you ask me about the colors I used. I thought this blog will definitely help you guys. 

          I like to start out with using Ellovi butter all over my nails. This is a product that I receive in my Birch box. It works amazing on nails. The great think about this product is that you can apply all over. It is very handy to carry in your purse or for travel. So, that even if you forget to carry your moisturizer, lip balm, or any hair products. This will be a life saver in such situations. This product smells incredible and also is very easy to bend in. It has the texture of Vaseline but smells so much better. The best about this product is its cruelty free and very natural made with only 6 ingredients. The 6 ingredients are Macadamia Nut Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Marula Oil, and Non-gmo Corn Starch. It also helps strengthen my nails and cuticles! As you can see, at least one of these ingredients is always present in the lotions or hair products we usually use. Overall, I think it’s a great multi-purpose product.

After, I apply ellovi Butter on my nails. I start with applying a base coat. I use Julep’s Oxygen smoothing Base Coat/Base Lissante. I love deep dark shades for fall. I applied two coats of Max Studio Nail polish. I let it dry for 2 minutes and then applied O P I Nail Lacquer in Gaining Mole-mentum. I applied until I was happy with the sparkles. More sparkles the better it is and to keep my sparkles in place. I finished it off with my Revlon gel envy diamond top coat. This top coat is one of my favorites; it leaves a gel finish and prevents my nails from chipping.

          Halloween nails are very easy & fun. I applied the same base coat and painted all my nails black. I used a black nail paint from H&M in manhunter. Once, my nails were dried completely. I used Poparazzi’s white nail color. I used the brush carefully to create ghost on my ring figures. I added black dots and details to complete the ghost. If you can't create the ghost with your hand, feel free to use a dotting tool or pen. To make sure my nails don't chip I applied the Revlon top coat again. Plaids for fall | Fashion

        Welcome back to the second post of my October blog series.  Today, I’m sharing two of my favorite fall outfits. I went to TJ maxx last week and brought a few new pieces to add to my fall collection. I’m a sucker for anything plaid, especially for fall. I have been seeing lots of plaid trends. I brought this beauty black & grey dress which has rustic gold buttons. Ever since I laid my eyes on this beautiful dress, I knew I had to get it. Plaid dresses are also a new trend for this fall. I curled my hair and pinned a few strands back. For accessories, I wore a gold watch, gold pearls, flower shaped earrings and a chain from forever 21. I paired the outfit with my ankle booties from aeropostale. They look great as they have greyish black tone with rustic black buckles. I kept my makeup very simple but I added a dark fall lip color, I have gold sparkly nails that match my lips.

          For my second Plaid look I am wearing a plaid shirt. I had been looking for a new plaid shirt for a while now. I’m so glad I found one at TJ maxx. I usually, like to buy my plaid shirts from Hollister because of their wide range of colors. Also the quality of their cloths is incredible. I love the color of this shirt. For some reason it just screams out fall to me. I am wearing it with my skinny jean from Hollister, which fit perfectly! Dark wash jeans are absolute best for fall time. I’m wearing my favorite gold watch from Elizabeth New York collection. Lastly, the booties are this gorgeous pair of Bandolino shoes, which I absolutely adore.  They have the perfect amount of heel and they are all black with gold stud detailing. It took me a while to find them even after visiting three different stores. I ordered them online from DSW. These shoes are my favorite purchase this fall.
