Beach trip with friend | Travel Thursday

January 4th

This was one of the most relaxed days that, I spent in India. Half the day, I spent with my cousin sisters in our rooms and then got ready and visited baby Nia. It was basically our ritual to go meet baby Nia whenever possible almost every other day. I really liked my outfit on this day, I wore just the white dress but, then I realized that it was too dressy so, I added a denim shirt over to make it causal. A little brown belt at my waist, tall brown boots some black tights and a long necklace. I also wore this cat eye shaped sunglasses and that completed my look of the day. I put it together in just couple minutes.Plus, me and Celina ended up twining with our denim looks. She loves wearing leggings and shirts and I enjoy wearing dresses so similar yet so different. In the evening, I went out with my best friend on the beach we hung out for few hours got back home and that was the end of this day. At night me, Simi and Celina planned surprise gifts and party for Alisha's sweet sixteen. Alisha Sweet sixteens birthday party was a success it will be up on the blog next Thursday.

Let your shine sparkle | Fashion

Today, I am going to share one of my favorite spring look. I love to play around with my style and sometimes take a break from wearing colors. I went all neutral toned for this outfit. In spring it always isn't about wearing floral and bold colors. Sometimes it's just nice to just let your shine to sparkle through. In this look, I wore a grey v-neck basic tee with a navy laced bottom skirt. As you can tell already, I love adding my girly touch in every look possible. Instead of a Jeans, I went for a skirt. I made this look semi dressy with my jewelry and by adding high heels.
I wore minimal makeup little lipstick, simple neutral eye shadow and little foundation for the a dewy skin. My earrings, long necklace and hand cuff are from my Rocksbox. I have shared details down below of how you can get your first box free.

It's all about the little things in life.
Here, I am sharing one of the many Rocksbox that I received. Rocksbox is an online subscription jewelry box. They send in 3 designer jewelry pieces right at your door steps for just $19/ per month you can swap them anytime you want. I think it's a great option for someone who loves jewelry, instead of repeating the same pieces over again and to keep your jewelry collection in control Rocksbox is a great way to achieve that. You can pick your own pieces or let a stylist pick them for you. I have loved every single jewelry item that I have received and I would highly recommend to try this subscription out. Team Rocksbox was kind enough to give give a coupon code for you guys. It expires in a week so make sure to use it by them. While checking out use -Jasikadiasxoxo.

Punjabi Kudi for the second wedding |Travel Thursday

Hello guys!
Welcome back, I have already written about my day January 2nd check it out (Click on January 2nd). Now on here I'm sharing the pictures from the second wedding that I attend in my trip and first wedding for year 2016. I wore a Punjab dress for the Saturday party. It looked very unique and was surprisingly very comfortable. I loved the beaded work on it and the color combo. Pink and purple such a great pair. This was a great dress to wear at night due to the bright colors and different texture. Hope you guys enjoy the pictures down below.

This is what I wore on January 3rd Sunday for mass and later on for the wedding reception.

May Favorites 2016

Hello everyone!
I'm finally sharing my May favorites and we are already in first week of June. I'm sorry that, I couldn't get this up on Sunday I was basically studying all day for my midterms. I should be back on track by this Thursday after midterms are over. Today, I am sharing quite a variety of items as my favorite.

This Statement necklace is gorgeous and I have been wearing it a lot and I have got tons of compliments on.
It's from Kohls and I got it for under $15.

I love chocolate and I can eat an entire bar in one sitting. In order to limit myself, I opt to try this dark chocolate.
I thought this way I can limit my indulgence and yes eating dark helped me not to eat an entire pack but, I still buy a
lot more of this bars. This two are my favorite once so far.

BB creams are my favorite for this spring weather as they are light to wear and also provide good coverage. I absolutely love BB cream by Maybelline this is my 4th purchase in last 2 years.
I like to add gloss over my lipstick and this one from Sephora is my go to this spring. It's made in Switzerland and it's in the shade 11 Pink macaroon. It smell amazing just like a Macaroon.

My favorite nail paint in May has to be Gold Glitter, I brought it from H&M and it's made in Taiwan. Super long lasting and looks gorgeous just two coats needed.

For Mother's day this year I made breakfast for mommy at 4 am. I also made pancakes all by myself for the first time. The first one was thick and shape less but by the end I got the hang of it. I made 14 pancakes in total.

I absolutely love flowers and hence spring makes me happy. I love going for evening walks and capturing natures beauty.

Guess what I found in our local Thai restaurant. A picture from the Newspaper from 2014 on stage with Miss Farmington contestants. It's been two years now since the Miss Farmington pageant but it's so lovely to see pictures all around the city. P.s I'm going to help back stage for the pageant this year. I'm looking forward to it!

I went to Canada for a day perks of living in Detroit and so close to the US-Canada boarder. This was my forth trip to Canada maybe I will do a Travel Thursday about it if you guys are interested. Picture at the blue water lake bridge.

Beautiful Port Huron

Until next time, keep hustling for your dreams. Xo, Jessi.
