My princess red gown | Travel Thursday

This dress is simply one of my favorites. I wore this dress back in 2014 for the Miss Farmington Pageant. This is my princess dress the one that I wore in founders festival parade. It was so lovely to get called as princess and to take pictures with little kids. This dress will forever be in my closet as my greatest treasure. I wore this dress once again in India for my cousins wedding reception. I enjoyed wearing it as much as I enjoyed it on the night when, I won the title as Miss Spirit of Farmington.
It’s a gorgeous red chiffon dress with sliver crystal beading on the sleeves in the front, back and on the waist. I love the high neck it adds such a classy statement.  I have to wear my four and half inch heels with this dress because, that is how I got it tailored for my pageant. It has a beautiful trail in the back which is also one of my favorite things about this dress. My makeup was done by a beautician and I honestly hated it. My dress is red and sliver and she put pink and blue shades on my eyes. How does that even make sense? I didn’t have enough time to redo or fix my makeup so I was struck with that look. My hair up do was also done by the beautician and I loved it. I wasn’t exactly what I told her to do but, it was still OKLet me know how you guys like this dress in the comments. Next week a saree look is coming you’re away.
When everyone is getting married and you are the only one left. LOL

Christmas look 2015 in India | Fashion

Hello guys,
Welcome back! Today, I am sharing my Christmas outfit from year 2015. I know its spring now and it’s too late share this look but, I couldn’t resist from posting this up. This is one of my all-time favorite Christmas look. I know for sure that years later I will still consider wearing this outfit. To me this look is timeless. Velvet is never out of fashion. I brought this dress from Aeropostale it’s from    Bethany Mota’s winter collection. I saw their clothing line online and fell in love with this dress right away. I love how the long sleeves make up for the deep v-back and the length of the dress. This dress by itself is simply gorgeous. I wanted it to be classy yet settle so, to add my own little hint to it. I paired it with all gold and black from head to toe.
I hope you guys enjoy the pictures. Let me know, how you guys like the look. Until next time, keep hustling for your dreams. Xo, Jessi.

Wedding Dance party in India | Travel Thursday

26th December
I woke up thirsty this morning. I had henna on my hand the entire night and so I couldn’t drink water before going to bed.  The struggle was real but, I survived and that’s what is important. Ha-ha! I washed off my henna first thing in the morning then, after breakfast I went over to my cousins house the bride to be. The bride to be is my dad’s youngest cousins. We used to hangout a lot back in our school days but, ever since I moved we barely get to talk. I miss those days! It’s sad how things change but, I will forever cherish the good old days that we spent together. Life moves on and we have to move according. I found out that my henna turned out darker than hers. It was very interesting how that happened but oh well darker the better plus I wanted the henna to stay longer so that I can show it off to my friends in college.
In the afternoon, I tried on a Saree which I wore on Sunday evening it will be up on the blog super soon. I wore a dark green Navari Saree on this night. My cousin had a theme on Saturday night that all the ladies should wear colorful Navari’s I wasn’t up for it at all. I just don’t find Saree’s of any kind comfortable I wanted to dance a lot and not care about my outfit but, I did ended up wearing a Navari. My hair, makeup and dapping of the Navari was done by a beautician. I was pretty happy with how my look turned out all in all. I danced and took pictures till the end. It was an absolutely fun night I danced till the last song played. This Sunday my Christmas look will be up just saying one of my favorite make sure you check it out.

See you on Sunday. Xo, Jessi
